SERVICES FOR SPORTS CLUBS

Cycle Doctor will help you maintain safe and operational spin bikes for the members of you Health Club or Gym. We provide a thorough spin bike service and repair program.

 

Cycle Doctor is proud to be associated with the following Clubs: Harbour Club Chelsea, Cannons City Club, Reebok Sports Club, Canary Wharf and Sona Positive Health Group and many more.

Cycle Doctor offers three types of service for your spin bikes:

 

Treatment 1: Regular Health Check

Treatment 2: Bi-annual Core Parts Transplant

Treatment 3: Emergency Operation

Treatment 1: Regular Health Check

Choice of:

  • Bi-weekly check - recommended for clubs with min of 15 classes per week £45 per hour
  • Monthly check - recommended for clubs with max of 15 classes per week £60 per hour

For each visit, bikes will be checked for:

  • Loose chains
  • Loose cranks
  • Loose bottom bracket
  • Loose pedal axle
  • Broken bottle cage
  • Broken toe straps
  • Loose T-pop pins
  • Broken toe clips (loose bolts)
  • Lube handle bars & post
  • Lube seat post
  • Lube chains
  • Lube fly wheel axle
  • Lube tension knob
  • Check brake pads

Check for loose or split seats

* Any parts that require changing will be changed and cost of the parts billed in addition

Treatment 2: Bi-annual Core Parts Transplant

 

Every six months the following will be performed on each bike:

  • Replace chains
  • Replace bottom bracket
  • Replace brake pads
  • Replace bottle cages (10 bottle cages will be left as spares)
  • Replace toe straps (10 toe straps will be left as spares)
  • Replace handle bar sleeve
  • Replace seat post sleeve
  • Assess pedals and replace as necessary

Cost: £15.00 per bike plus cost of parts replaced

Treatment 3: Emergency Operation

 

48 Hr call out for 'out of action' bikes

 

Cost:

  • First hour £60
  • Additional hours £45 per hr

plus cost of parts replaced
